Plenty to do and Tours to take in Ketchikan
Back aboard, the view from our starboard stateroom
Ketchikan Creek starts at the bridge with Dolly's House (former brothel) in pink on the right
Pulled away at 3 p.m. on Day 3 gave us a great vista
There were as many as 4-5 cruise ships at these small towns at a time
Sea planes were in abundance (little white dots are seagulls)
View back toward the dock and city
We continued north leaving Ketchikan

Can you see the plane in front of the containers?
Drydock (Ketchikan and ships in background)
Day 4 approaching Juneau, arriving at 7 a.m.
Is it fog or is it clouds?
Still hard to tell, but the helicopter tour was cancelled
Docked port side to in Juneau so we couldn't watch from the stateroom
So we went to see the Mendenhall Glacier
It had a spectacular blue color
With a lake out front
Now receding 300 feet per year
Calving ice into the lake
The fog made it even more spectacular
